Eligibility Criteria

To get a FREE Canva for Education account with full access to all Pro features, you must be a teacher at a Qualified Educational Institution.

“Qualified Educational Institution” means a public or private primary or secondary school that has been accredited by an authorized governmental agency within its applicable local, state, or federal government and has the primary purpose of teaching its enrolled students.

“Teacher” means an individual person who is an employee or independent contractor working for a Qualified Educational Institution and whose primary role is teaching its enrolled students.

Required Documentation

To prove eligibility for Canva for Education, the following documentation showing evidence of valid teaching qualification is required.

1 A photo/scan of a license/certification indicating teaching qualification.

2 A photo/scan showing employment status at the school.

3 A photo/scan of school ID indicating teaching status.
